By creating an account or using OpenFeast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You agree not to:
You own the original recipes and text you create and post on this app. When you share a recipe, you promise that you either own the rights to it or have clear permission from the creator to share it. You are responsible for any content you choose to post publicly.
We host user content but do not actively monitor everything posted. If a food publisher or creator contacts us with a formal legal notice stating that you shared their copyrighted work without permission, we will remove that recipe immediately. If you repeatedly violate these copyright rules, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account.
Certain activity on your account — such as adding, rating, or planning to cook a recipe — may be visible to your friends within the app, and may be included in periodic email summaries sent to them.
If you opt in, we'll send you a periodic email summarizing recipe activity from people you follow–e.g., recipes they've added, rated, or planned to cook. You can turn these emails off at any time in Settings.
All application designs, logos, and software are the property of OpenFeast. You may not use our branding without permission.
The app is provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or available. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the application or via email.
